First Wireless Group has created a painstaking process to ensure top quality for our cell phone repair and mobile handset refurbishment efforts. Upon receipt, each wireless device handset is scanned and verified to ensure it meets the specification defined in the Return Authorization document. Any variance from the information on the Return Authorization document is reported in real time to the operator.

 

Wireless handsets are then placed into production for repair or refurbishment, organized by model number and manufacturer. Upon completion of the mobile phone repair, a dated First Wireless Group warranty label is placed on the cell phone and it is prepped for final shipment back to the customer or retail location based upon the specifications previously defined.
