1. Q. How does First Wireless Group maintain a return rate of less than ½ of 1%?
A. First Wireless Group is able to maintain a return rate of less than ½ of 1% through due diligence. We not only inspect 100% of our units prior to shipment, but if a unit is found to be defective after repair, we re-inspect the entire lot.
2. Q. How does First Wireless Group update customers on the status of their repair?
A. First Wireless Group has developed a proprietary software system to provide our customers private access to reports, plans and warehousing. As part of this software system, customers can log in to First Wireless Group’s, direct consumer authorized repair (dcar)—and/or Vendor Agent Repair (VAR) to view the status of all repair orders.
3. Q. Does First Wireless Group plan to adapt or expand its service offering to cover other CE categories?
A. Yes, for example we are currently repairing WiFi technology cellular devices, smartphones, Netbooks etc. Our engineers and staff are constantly being trained in the emerging technologies.
4. Q. Is First Wireless Group capable of managing a variety of database for fulfillment? If so, which formats?
A. First Wireless Group can manage any standard database in any standard format. In addition, First Wireless Group can incorporate custom requirements for our customers.
5. Q. What is First Wireless Group's policy for protecting the environment?
A. At First Wireless Group, we are fully aware of the potential impact our company can have on the environment and as a result, we have implemented a number of policies and efforts to ensure an environmentally “green” approach to cell phone repair, refurbishment and reclamation.
Our efforts assure that refurbished cellular handsets are not placed into landfills and we strive to reclaim as many cell phone components as possible. First Wireless Group also utilizes recycled cartons, returns unused cartons to our customers, utilizing water based paints and many other "green initiatives".
First Wireless Group meets and exceeds all standards set by OSHA for all aspects of our working and manufacturing environment. We have processes and procedures in place for our manufacturing and for the reclamation of plastic and electronic components and all of our employees are advised of our processes and procedures to assure 100% compliance.
